This Privacy Policy explains how Beatworld (“Beatworld”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use our website, create an account, subscribe to Beatworld, download beats, purchase licenses, or contact us.
1. Who is responsible
The operator of Beatworld is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website.
Contact: support@thebeatworld.com
2. Personal data we process
We may process the following categories of personal data:
- Account information, such as your email address and login/authentication status.
- Profile information you choose to provide.
- Subscription and license information, such as membership status, subscription period, downloaded beats, issued licenses, purchased perpetual licenses, license IDs, and license PDFs.
- Payment and billing information processed through Stripe, such as payment status, customer ID, subscription ID, invoices, billing address, tax calculation information, and payment method references. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
- Technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, page requests, timestamps, and security logs.
- Email delivery information, such as whether transactional emails were sent for account verification, licenses, receipts, or account-related messages.
- Contact messages if you contact us directly.
3. Why we process personal data
We process personal data to:
- create and manage user accounts;
- provide access to the Beatworld website and beat library;
- process subscriptions and license purchases;
- issue membership licenses and perpetual beat licenses;
- provide download access while your subscription is active or where you purchased a perpetual license;
- send account verification emails, license emails, and other transactional emails;
- calculate and apply taxes where required;
- prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and security incidents;
- maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the website;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data based on one or more of the following legal bases:
- performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide your account, subscription, downloads, and licenses;
- legal obligations, such as tax, accounting, and compliance requirements;
- legitimate interests, such as securing the website, preventing abuse, improving the service, and keeping business records;
- consent, where we ask for consent for a specific processing activity.
5. Payments and tax processing
Payments, subscriptions, invoices, payment methods, and tax calculations are handled through Stripe. Stripe may process your personal data as an independent controller or processor depending on the situation. Stripe may receive billing information, payment information, tax-related information, transaction details, and technical data necessary to process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Beatworld uses Stripe Tax to calculate and apply applicable taxes based on billing or location information you provide during checkout.
6. Authentication, database, and storage
Beatworld uses Supabase for authentication, database, and storage infrastructure. Supabase may process account data, authentication data, profile data, subscription/license records, download records, and stored files required to operate the service.
7. Email delivery
Beatworld uses Resend and/or Supabase SMTP configuration to send transactional emails, such as signup verification emails, license emails, and account-related emails. These services may process your email address, message content, delivery status, and technical email delivery data.
8. Hosting
Beatworld is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process technical data such as IP addresses, device/browser information, request logs, timestamps, and error logs to deliver, secure, and monitor the website.
9. Digital downloads and licenses
When you download beats or purchase licenses, we store records of the relevant beat, user account, license type, license period, download time, and license status. This is necessary to provide access, prove license issuance, and manage subscription or perpetual license rights.
10. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the service, maintaining records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Account, subscription, payment, invoice, and license records may be kept for longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, or proof-of-license purposes.
11. Your rights
Depending on your location, especially if you are in the EU/EEA, you may have rights under data protection law, including the right to:
- access your personal data;
- correct inaccurate personal data;
- request deletion of personal data;
- restrict or object to processing;
- request data portability;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise your rights, contact us at support@thebeatworld.com.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside your country or outside the EU/EEA. Where required, such transfers are handled using appropriate safeguards.
14. Children
Beatworld is not intended for children. You must be old enough to enter into a legally binding agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.

Terms of Use+
Last updated: May 18, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Beatworld, including the website, account system, beat library, subscription access, downloads, and licenses.
By using Beatworld, creating an account, starting a subscription, downloading beats, or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms.
1. Beatworld service
Beatworld provides a digital beat library where users can preview beats, subscribe for access, download beat files while eligible, and receive license documents for permitted use.
Beatworld is not a physical goods store. No physical shipping is provided.
2. Accounts
You may need to create an account to subscribe, download beats, access your licenses, or manage your membership. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information during signup, checkout, and billing.
3. Membership subscription
A Beatworld membership gives you access to the Beatworld library according to the membership terms shown on the website and in your license documents.
While your membership is active, you may download eligible beats and receive membership license documentation. Membership licenses are tied to the active subscription period shown in the issued license document.
If your subscription is canceled, expires, is not paid, or otherwise becomes inactive, your membership access may end. After cancellation or expiration, download access may be limited or removed, except where you have purchased a perpetual license for a specific beat.
4. Membership licenses
Membership licenses are issued for the relevant billing or membership period. The license document may include the license ID, licensed beat(s), user information, and the active license period.
Unless a separate perpetual license is purchased, membership license rights may depend on the subscription being active and/or the specific active period shown in the license document.
5. Perpetual beat licenses
A perpetual license is a separate paid license for a specific beat. If you purchase a perpetual license, you receive a license document for that beat. The license terms shown in the license PDF apply.
Perpetual licenses are digital goods and are delivered electronically.
6. Downloads
Downloads may include MP3, WAV, stems, ZIP files, or other files depending on the beat and license/access type.
You may not share download links, redistribute files, resell beats as beats, upload the beat files to competing beat marketplaces, or claim ownership of the original beat composition/production unless your license explicitly allows it.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- copy, resell, redistribute, or sublicense beats except as allowed by your license;
- share your account with others;
- bypass payment, subscription, authentication, or download restrictions;
- attempt to access admin areas or other users’ data;
- abuse, scrape, attack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the website;
- use Beatworld for unlawful purposes.
8. Payments, billing, and taxes
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription or license, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected through Stripe Tax based on your billing or location information.
Subscription billing may renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the customer portal where available.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the customer portal. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated during the cancellation process.
After cancellation, you may continue to have access until the end of the paid billing period. After the billing period ends, access may be limited or removed.
10. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because Beatworld provides digital content, downloads, and license documents, purchases may be non-refundable once digital access, downloads, or licenses have been provided, except where required by law.
11. Intellectual property
All beats, audio files, artwork, branding, website content, license PDFs, and related materials are owned by Beatworld or the relevant rights holder unless otherwise stated.
You receive only the rights specifically granted in your license. No ownership of Beatworld content is transferred to you.
12. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or service. We may also update beats, categories, features, prices, and membership terms. Changes will not intentionally remove already issued perpetual license rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse downloads, commit fraud, or violate license terms.
14. No guarantee of commercial success
Beatworld provides beats and licenses, but we do not guarantee that your songs, releases, uploads, distribution, monetization, or music career will be accepted, approved, successful, or free from third-party claims.
15. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beatworld is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, downloads, subscriptions, or licenses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not allowed by law.
16. Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer protection rules state otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s place of business.
17. Contact

Refund Policy+
Last updated: May 18, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, digital downloads, subscriptions, and licenses are handled on Beatworld.
1. Digital product nature
Beatworld provides digital content and digital licenses, including beat downloads, membership access, license documents, and perpetual beat licenses. No physical products are shipped.
2. Subscriptions
You can cancel your Beatworld membership through the customer portal where available. Cancellation normally prevents future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
After cancellation, you may continue to access membership features until the end of the already paid billing period, unless stated otherwise.
We generally do not refund already paid subscription periods once access to the digital membership, downloads, or license documents has been provided, except where required by law.
3. Perpetual beat licenses
Perpetual beat licenses are digital goods. Once a perpetual license has been purchased, issued, emailed, made available in your account, or the related beat files have been made available for download, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
This is because the licensed digital content and license rights are delivered immediately and cannot be returned like a physical product.
4. Downloaded beats and license PDFs
If you download beat files, receive a license PDF, or receive digital access connected to your purchase, the purchase is generally considered fulfilled. Refunds are generally not available after fulfillment, except where required by law or where Beatworld decides otherwise in a specific case.
5. EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights
If consumer withdrawal rights apply in your country, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain online purchases within a limited period. However, for digital content and digital services, this right may be lost once performance begins or digital content is made available, where the law allows this and the required consent/acknowledgement has been given.
Beatworld may ask you during checkout to agree that digital access, downloads, or license delivery begin immediately and that you understand this may affect your withdrawal/refund rights.
6. Duplicate payments or technical errors
If you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, did not receive access after payment, or experienced a technical payment issue, contact us at support@thebeatworld.com.
We may ask for your account email, payment date, Stripe receipt/invoice information, and details of the issue.
7. Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, your membership may become past due, restricted, canceled, or inactive depending on Stripe billing settings and payment recovery. You can update your payment method through the customer portal where available.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, your account access may be paused while the dispute is investigated. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account termination.
